What is Soothee?
Soothee is a natural skincare and wellness brand rooted in Moroccan herbal tradition. We were founded after discovering that ancient Atlas Mountain remedies could soothe our child's eczema when conventional treatments couldn't. Everything we make is natural, gentle and designed for sensitive skin.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. All Soothee products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals and use only ethically sourced botanicals. Our products are also halal-certified and free from parabens, sulfates and synthetic fragrances.
Where are your ingredients sourced?
Our key ingredients — argan oil, prickly pear, saffron, rose hydrosol and Moroccan herbs — are sourced directly from trusted suppliers in Morocco, many using traditional farming methods passed down through generations.
Skincare & Ingredients
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. Sensitive skin is at the heart of everything we formulate. All products are free from sulfates, parabens, synthetic fragrances and harsh chemicals. They are suitable for eczema-prone, reactive and allergy-sensitive skin types.
Can I use Soothee products if I have eczema?
Yes — our range was originally created for eczema relief. Our PureSoothe Eczema Relief Balm and Hydrate+ Daily Moisture Cream are particularly popular with customers managing eczema and dry skin conditions. We always recommend doing a patch test before first use.
Are your products safe for children?
Many of our products are gentle enough for children, particularly the PureSoothe Eczema Relief Balm which was created for a child. We recommend consulting a GP or dermatologist before using any skincare product on babies under 12 months. Always patch test first.
Do any products contain nut oils?
Yes — some products contain argan oil (from the argan tree), almond oil or shea butter. If you have a nut allergy, please read the full ingredient list carefully or contact us before purchasing. We include this warning on all relevant product pages.
Orders & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days.
How much is delivery?
We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £30. Orders under £30 have a standard delivery charge which is shown at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We're sorry if your order arrives in less than perfect condition. Please contact us at sales@soothee.co.uk with your order number and a photo and we will resolve it straight away.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a return or exchange. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened skincare products can only be returned if they are faulty or not as described.
How do I start a return?
Email us at sales@soothee.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours.
Using Our Products
How long will it take to see results?
Natural skincare works with your skin rather than forcing instant results. Most customers notice improved hydration and comfort within the first 1–2 weeks. For concerns like dark spots, eczema or fine lines, allow 4–8 weeks of consistent daily use for full results.
Can I use multiple Soothee products together?
Yes — our range is designed to complement each other. A simple routine might be: cleanser → serum → moisturiser → SPF (morning). For personalised advice on building a routine for your skin concern, contact us and we'll help.
Do you offer samples?
We don't currently offer standalone samples, but our bundles are a great way to try multiple products at a better price.
