What is PureSoothe?

PureSoothe Eczema Relief Balm is the one product we make. It is a natural balm for dry, itchy, flare-prone skin, hand-blended in small batches in the UK, from a family recipe rooted in Moroccan herbal tradition. One jar is 50ml and costs £27.99.

What is in it?

Five ingredients: Linum Usitatissimum (Linseed) Seed Oil, Sesamum Indicum (Sesame) Seed Oil, Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract, Cera Alba (Beeswax) and Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter. That is the whole list. No steroids, no parabens, no synthetic fragrance.

Is it suitable for very reactive, sensitive skin?

Yes, that is who we make it for. It soothes dry, itchy, irritated skin and softens rough patches, and it is also suitable for skin prone to eczema. We still reccomend a small patch test before first use, especially during a flare.

Can I use it on my child?

Yes. PureSoothe is gentle enough for children and it is the balm parents reach for at bath time and bedtime. Patch test first, and if your child's skin is broken, weeping or looks infected, speak to your GP or health visitor before using anything new.

Is it a steroid cream?

No. There are no steroids in PureSoothe. It works as a rich, protective moisturiser: it softens dry skin and locks moisture in behind a breathable beeswax barrier. If a GP has prescribed treatment for you or your child, keep using it as directed; a balm sits alongside prescribed care, never instead of it.

Is PureSoothe vegan and cruelty-free?

It is cruelty free and never tested on animals, but it is not vegan, because it contains beeswax. The beeswax is doing real work: it forms the breathable layer that helps protect skin while it settles.

How do I use it?

Massage a small amount into clean, dry skin wherever it feels tight, itchy or rough. Use it morning and night, and again after washing. A little goes a suprisingly long way.

How fast is delivery?

UK orders ship with Royal Mail Tracked 48 and usually arrive in 2 to 3 working days. Delivery is £2.99, and free when your order is over £40 (two jars takes you over the line). We ship internationally too, with rates calculated at checkout.

What is your returns policy?

A 30-day money-back guarantee. If the balm is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a return or refund.

How should I store the balm?

In a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Natural formulas prefer the same gentle conditions sensitive skin does.
